Due to unforeseen delays, the first preview performance of Phantom - The Las Vegas Spectacular at the Venetian is now scheduled for June 12.
This production of The Phantom of the Opera is the largest and most elaborate live theatrical production ever created. The 1,800-seat, custom-designed theater incorporates never-before-seen special effects in a stunning Parisian Opera House environment.
All of those who have purchased tickets to cancelled preview performances will be refunded in full and given priority seating opportunity for future performances.
Tickets for Phantom can be purchased at 866-641-7469 or either venetian.com or phantomlasvegas.com. Groups of 15 or more are eligible for a 10% discount by calling 866-633-0195.
まあ、こういうことはアメリカではよくあることみたいだし、数日前からファントムのチケット販売ページから6/4〜6/11までの公演が消えていたので、一応の覚悟はできていたけど、実際に通達を受けるとかなりショック。
んも〜、なんで期日に合わせてもっとしっかり頑張らないのぉぉぉお！劇場作る方も、カンパニーも、もっと気合入れてやってくれ！・・・というのは、きちきちっとしてる日本人的な考え方なんでせうか。もう絶対グレてやる！
あー、これで次回のベガス旅行の楽しみ（というか、最大の楽しみ）が一つ減ってしまった・・。ミラージュで始まるシルク・ド・ソレイユの新しいビートルズ系のショー「LOVE」もプレビュー初日のチケットを抑えてあるのですが、これもどうなるかわかんないんだろうなぁー。こうなったらブルーマンでも観るかな・・
